I made this heart shaped cabochon myself by sinking a delicate butterfly charm into deep blue, glittering resin, then set it in sterling silver with a hand finished textured bail.
 
The result is a tiny butterfly suspended in a starry blue heart, with just enough sparkle to catch the light without overwhelming the design.
